As we studied God's Word together, we began to see The Church was not a building with a staff, a budget and a list of programs, but rather, a living extension of Christ Himself here on Earth, working His will through individual believers.     The New Testament shows us that the Church met in the individual homes of believers for the purpose of taking a meal together (Acts 20:7) and mutual edification through teaching, music and scripture reading. (Col. 3:16, 1 Cor 14:26) Since the Family of God consists of children of all ages, all are encouraged to participate and interact with each other in a family setting. So, bring your slippers and gather around the coffee table for a time of encouragement, edification, love and acceptance. Make yourself at home as part of His Church.
